FAQ

Will the travel pillow fit in my carry-on?

Yes the 360 Travel Neck Pillow is built with compressible memory foam and ships with a carry bag that lets you pack it down to roughly half its size. It clips onto a backpack strap or slots into the side pocket of most carry-on bags, so you don't lose suitcase space carrying it.

What's the difference between foam and silicone earplugs for travel?

Foam earplugs have a higher Noise Reduction Rating and are better suited to constant low-frequency noise like aircraft engines, train carriages, or snoring travel companions. Silicone earplugs are reusable and better for general light noise. For flights, we recommend our Foam Earplugs.

Is the 3D Graphene Sleep Mask comfortable on long flights?

Yes the 3D Black Graphene Sleep Mask uses contoured eye cups that sit off your eyelashes, so you can blink, move your eyes, and stay comfortable for the entire flight. It blocks 100% of light, the strap is low-profile so it won't dig into your head against a headrest, and the graphene lining is breathable for the cabin temperature shifts you get on long-haul flights.

Can I wash the travel pillow?

The outer cover is removable and machine-washable on a cold gentle cycle. The memory foam core should be spot-cleaned only, submerging it damages the foam structure. Air-dry the cover before refitting.

Are the foam earplugs reusable?

Yes with care, a pair of our foam earplugs lasts multiple uses. Keep them in the supplied case between uses, replace them once they stop fully expanding back to shape, and don't share between people for hygiene reasons.

How is this different from a Kmart or airport travel bundle?

Three things. First, the pillow is genuine slow-rebound memory foam not inflatable plastic, not synthetic puff. Second, the mask uses real contoured eye cups with graphene lining, not flat fabric that presses on your eyelashes. Third, the bundle has been designed for long-haul flights with overnight stopovers in mind. Built to actually let you sleep, not just to look like a travel product.

What's the best combo for a long-haul flight from New Zealand or Australia?

The Travel Bundle covers the essentials: our 3D sleep mask (block cabin light), neck pillow (head and neck support against the seat), foam earplugs (engine and cabin noise). If you sleep light at home too, the Light Sleeper Kit is the at-home equivalent, both kits are listed together on our Sleep Bundles page.
